I have served individual and corporate clients in the US, UK, Switzerland, Australia, New Zealand, China, India, Vietnam and Ghana.

Certified by International Coach Federation (ICF), I offer in-person meetings in South Bay, California and remote sessions globally. My clients and I usually meet for a 60-min coaching session bi-weekly.

I used to lead coach operations for BetterUp — a global leadership coaching platform — in China, Russia and India.

I am a co-author of a career planning textbook for public high schools in China. This textbook teaches teenagers self-discovery and career wayfinding.

I started my career as an investment banker at J.P. Morgan and Credit Suisse in Hong Kong.

I hold an MBA and a Master of Education from Stanford University and a Bachelor in Economics and Finance from the University of Hong Kong.
